[C320-list] Fridge Fan

I intend to install a 12-volt computer fan in the fridge this weekend.  A
few questions for those who have gone before:  Is it realistic to think that
the air circulation will cut down on the frost/ice build-up over the
freezer, much like the fan in a frost-free fridge at home works?  And on
what wall of the fridge should the fan be installed?  Any other words of
wisdom?  Thanks in advance.
