No, I'm not.  I get asked that question ALL the time. My standard answer
has 
evolved into: "Yes, I'm his brother and I do all his hiring and all his 
buying and I run his reservation system, can you comp this 
meal/purchase/etc?" It never works.

I met him once when I ate at his restaurant; he came out to meet me.
