Get a power boat? (grin!) Seriously, an in-mast furler would keep you from
going forward. An in-boom furler, much preferred by yours truly as it has
full battens, still requires some deck work to cover the boom once furled.
We are very happy with our Dutchman having spent 13 years without one. For
us, it is a vast improvement over nothing!

Where is Haley Marie kept?

RE: Dutchman vs Lazy Jack

We have Hull # 890 and are not happy with the performance of our Dutchman.

Even though we have adjusted it several times it does not fold properly.
Also for safety purposes I would like to not have to go forward to fasten
the
sail ties. Any suggestions appreciated.
