Mike,
Some low cost AM/FM/Tape Deck's had an Aux Input that was just perfect.  The
radio's were from the time when CD players were just coming out and were not
built in yet.  If you can find one of those it is perfect.  We had one on
our previous boat and it was perfect for the iPod and our lap top.

Question for audiophiles: My AM/FM/CD unit has failed. I have good speakers
and I only wish to play my iPod through existing speakers. What sort of
electronic device should I place between the iPod and the speakers? A 12v
amplifier? Can anyone suggest an inexpensive solution?
