[C320-list] Refrigerator Gasket, Part 2

A while back I needed to replace my refrig gasket and got all the pertinent  
data from the good folks on the forum.  Since I had already started a  dialog 
with the CA Catalina people, I decided to keep using them rather than the  FL 
group that had also been recommended.  Here's how it went:
 
-  Called Catalina parts, the fellow said to send him a personal email  with 
all the pertinent information for my order...which I did.
-  Within a day or so, he called me back, verified the order and got  my 
credit card number.
-  The order arrived in a few days, however it was almost a foot less  than 
the amount I ordered.
-  I had a fudge factor in the order, so I really did not need  any more 
product.  However, I called them again and the lady at parts said  she would send 
me another 18" anyway.  Fine.
-  The package arrived last week.  I opened it, after paying the  mailman an 
extra .55 cents for postage due, to find they shipped 18" of the  wrong gasket!
-  Called Catalina a couple of more times (did you know they  close for 
lunch??), and, after no return calls, finally explained what  happened to a machine.
-  After no call back again, I sent them an email, explaining the  error and 
not to bother sending any more.
 
It sure is hard to get descent service any more!
