[C320-list] Air Conditioning Blower Motor replacement?

Has anyone experienced changing a blower motor on a Marine Air CME 16K - H?

The yard wants 6 hours labor.  

The part looks like it's press fit/slip on but the yard claims it is screwed together on the inside.

I assume once I get the whole AC unit out it will look more obvious.

Any help or advice is appreciated.
