[C320-list] Oil Leak

Ken - I had this problem on #808 for quite awhile. On the front of the
engine, there is a plate with, I believe, 3 screws and what looks like a
small Dixie cup sticking out. Someone told me that this was originally for
a hand crank but I am unsure if that is true. At any rate, oil dripped out
of this area about 1 drop a day - it took forever to figure out where the
leak was coming from. Sorry I can't describe the area better but if you
don't have this resolved by next weekend, I can take a pix of the area I am
talking about and send that to you - let me know.

Subject: [C320-list] Oil Leak

Hi all:

I was away for a couple of weeks and was surprised to find engine oil (two
ounces or so) sitting in the pan beneath the Yanmar engine when I got back.
It didn't come from the filter and it isn't transmission fluid. It is
clearly engine oil. The engine has only 165 hours on it. Since the bottom of

the engine sits at an angle, it is hard to tell where it is coming from.

Has anyone else experiences an oil leak?
