Starts right up. Guess lucky to have one less thing to break. Wonder if I would miss them if we were in a colder climate?

Just curious, how does the Yanmar get along without glowplugs? Does it work
well?

Best Regards,

Nick,
Absent some unusual configuration, glo-plugs (when present) don't need to be
left 'on'.
A standard ignition switch has 'off', 'on' and 'start' positions. It can be
wired so that the glo-plugs (when present) are energized when the key is
held in the 'start' position. The 'on' position is wired to energize the
'start' button, engine instruments and warning buzzers.

On our later model 320's with the Yanmar engine there are no glo-plugs and
the 'start' position on the switch is not wired.
