Hi Adam, it didn't hit me originally that you were talking about close
to the waterline and not close to the water overflow/fill. Sorry.
The propane vent is on the port side transom, down very low.

Any chance you meant starboard? If so, it's probably diesel fuel vent.

While pumping out yesterday I got a good look at the boat's stern which
I normally don't see. There was a large amount of rust coming out of
the ventilator cap on the port transom. (I have hull 218.) This is the
same type of vent cap that is used for the head vent.
Does anyone know what the vent on the port transom close to the water
connects to?
