[C320-list] Prospective 320 buyer

Any interest in a 2004 in N. Illinois?  With two young ones at home I  think 
we're going to have to take a break.  Great shape, never cruised,  anchor wash 
down, stereo w/ bose speakers, never slept on used 10-12 times  a year for 
1-2 hours day sails in fair weather.  Upgraded  interior, berth mattresses, 
anchor wash down, full canvas and  electronics.
 
What does the group feel is a good selling price (not asking  price)??????
