[C320-list] Winter Cover

A two part cover came with our boat and www.boatcovers.ca was on the 
storage bag.  It looks fairly robust but we haven't used it yet.  It's 
meant to be placed on the boat with the mast up; we had our mast 
unstepped for rigging inspection during winter layup.
