[C320-list] FW: Yanmar 3GM30F European Water pump

My water pump started leaking today, it's a Johnson pump on a Yanmar 3GM30F
(European model).  The leak is located in the middle of the pump - not at
the plate where the impeller is installed but in the middle of the pump
where there is a small gap.  I can see a small o-ring with an OD of about
1/2 inch that seems to have slipped from somewhere and slides back-and-forth
on the shaft.  Has anyone rebuilt one of these or replaced one?  Any insight
to rebuilding or purchasing would be appreciated - prices, experiences, etc.
