[C320-list] Where should we move to?

Actually if you are located in the shadow of the Olympic Mountains, ie) 
north of Seattle, say around the great yachting communities of Anacortes or 
Bellingham, there is much less rain. Lots of sunny days through the winter 
and always great summers. If you live in Redmond near Microsoft you are up 
against the mountains and get lots of rain.

And there is no state income tax, but there is a sales tax and water is 
free.
