Brian - I would suggest a track mounted on the mast. Agree to pay for the
shipping cost, including packing, and I will send you a 5 or 6 foot section
that is gathering dust in my shed.

The alternative, which I eventually wound up doing, is to mount the pole to
the mast which required a much longer track. - Allan

Subject: [C320-list] Whisker Pole Mast Ring

Greetings:

The C320 I acquired this spring will enter the JAM racing season at my
local club (Ottawa) in two weeks. It came without a pole to hold out the
jib on down wind legs and I have gotten a whisker pole this weekend for
the purpose. I will order stanchion storage brackets for same this week.

As there was no pole, there was also no mast ring fitting to attach the
inboard end of the pole to. Does anyone know what fitting by make and
part number would have the appropriate curvature for the mast and how
far up the mast from the coach roof the ring should be?
