[C320-list] Safety netting

We had it tied to the base of each stanchion on our C25 for almost 20 years
and never lost a baby, two of whom practically grew up on the boat. Of
course, for the last 5 years of that time they were both big enough to
through me over the top of the lifeline. 

Just pull the bottom strand very tight as you tie it and it will form an
upside down parabola that leaves little gap at the bottom. PFDs still
recommended though.

Those with kids/pets using safety netting between the lifelines and 
deck, I can see threading the lifeline through the top of the netting 
but how did you secure the netting to the deck so nothing/no one slips 
under it?
