[C320-list] 1996 vs. 2000

Our 1995 #182 was minus refrigeration which the surveyor missed, thinking
it was an option not originally orderred. In fact, it was stolen along
with other items from the prior owner's boatyard. The surveyor did catch a
bigger item = the windlass, which the dealer replaced along with some other
items. Our boat was a 2002 trade in for a new IP 35 by prior owner. We
traded a Catalina Capri 26 for the 320 and like the boat very much. Small
blisters were repaired last month and 4 coats of Petit Protect barrier coat
were applied to the hull sanded down to gel coat; if I had it to do over, I
would have had the old paint sandblasted off or used marine paint remover
which I understand works well.
I would never buy without a survey.
I found that 3 ice blocks of 25 lbs each lasted for a 6 day cruise 4/07 in
SW FL where temps ranged from 60-90.
