[C320-list] no fuel getting to motor...

We use to get a laugh and sell a tank to all the guy that did that to
their motorcycle tank. Just try to blow into the tank hose and if you
do use compressed air take the fill cap off first, you don't want to
blow off a line or split the tank. Water in the bilge is ok but
diesel is not ok.
