[C320-list] Membership

It appears that Catalina agents in some foreign
countries are not under the Catalina program regarding
complimentary payment of the first year membership in
the 320 Association.  This may explain why some are
not getting Mainsheet and we are not getting
memberships.  The board will no doubt  discuss this
issue and report back shortly.
