[C320-list] Fall oil change

All:

My boat was hauled before I did my fall oil change.  Looking on 
thoughts about leaving the old oil & filter sit until spring.  I can 
change it on the hard, but think that'd be harder on the engine 
(running it to warm the oil) than waiting for spring.  I could change 
the oil & filter cold, but since that wouldn't be thorough, would 
change it again in the spring.
