[C320-list] Winterizing water system

Hello-
 
Does anyone use an air compressor to blow out their water tanks for the 
winter?  I would appreciate knowing what you use for equipment and details as to 
how it is done. I believe the use of the "pink stuff" over time creates an 
unpleasant taste to the water.
 
By the way, we, just took possession of "Tootsy" on June 15th, hull #1105, 
after sailing a c380 for 7 years and could not be happier with the boat in all 
respects.
