[C320-list] Diameter of shrouds

I have 1 x 19 for the shrouds, 5/16" for the forestay, and 1/4" for the
backstay and backstay bridle.  Note that the C320 Association has the Loos
Gauges for loan to Association members!

Since i've ownd my boat, a 99' model, I have used this system.  I first 
sand the prop then polish with bronze wool, then apply one coat of 
Interlux Prime Wash, followed by one coat of anti-foul bottom paint.  
Easy to do, works very well.
