[C320-list] packing gland & listing to port

My understanding is that It's supposed to drip about 2 drops/minute 
even when stopped, as much as 5 drops/minute with motor running.
Unlike mine, which is a steady stream even when stopped and needs 
repacking since there's no adjustment left.
Another drydock project.
