[C320-list] Shift lever pin breaking

The handle comes off the shaft. You then clamp visegrip pliers on the shaft. 
It will allow you to shift . Definitely a temporary fix but the screw is a 
fine thread and not easy to find. In my opinion not a geat design but there are 
reasons for making the screw the weak spot.
