country?

Appeal !! I don't have much experience with that but if you can get PHRF
ratings from across the country you should be able to make a convincing
argument backed up by facts.

Jeff Hare,
I know you're busy but placing a table of PHRF ratings by location on
the website might be of benefit to the membership. Keeping it current
might be a challenge though..just a thought
