[C320-list] Data needed for Single Handed Race

On Lake Michigan, you won't get any sympathy for having a PHRF of 160
on a C-320.  The base rating is 156 with credits of 6 - 9 sec / mile
for having a fixed prop (2 or three bladed) and 3 sec / mile for
agreeing to only use one roller furling headsail (and having it
installed in the roller furler) for the entire season.  You don't get
any credit for dacron sails, small sails, no spinnaker pole etc.  You
do get 15 sec / mile for no spinnaker, but if you're racing Main and
Jib, everyone gets the same 15 sec / mile, so no one uses that credit
(and 15 sec / mile isn't enough of a credit if you are racing aganst
boats with a spinnaker).

BTW, most PHRF ratings are divisible by 3.  How does your committee
come up with a PHRF handicap of 160?
