[C320-list] Data needed for Single Handed Race

Pat, 
The base rating for a Catalina 320 with a wing keel in the Chesapeake is  
165. We have the standard roller furling jib, so we get an additional 6  seconds 
per mile for that and race with a rating of 171.  We also have a  feathering 
prop.  If you have a fixed prop, you should get credit for  it.  I think two 
blade should get 6 and three blade should get 9.
 
There is one Catalina 320 listed that is rigged for racing (i.e. fin keel/  
no roller furling) and it is rated at 156.
PHRF's will vary a little by region.
 
It might be best for Jeff to just give links to various regional PHRF lists  
versus the lists themselves.  The regions should keep their lists current  and 
someone can link to the nearest region to get an idea of what their PHRF  
should be for their area.
