I bought hull 1054 in 2005 and paid $139,000 with upgraded interior, full electronics, radar, 150% genoa. Love the boat and especially the new aspect. My time is limited and although I paid more than I would have for an older boat, I spend my w/e sailing instead of working on the boat. I doubt you'll regret a new one
