Bosu'n chair if you have someone to haul you up,  ATN
top climber takes some experience to get up easily
unless you are a commercial window washer with time. 
There is also a set of cloth steps with slugs to fit
the mast slot which is raised and lowered by halyard
which you can probably find on line.
