[C320-list] companionway sliding hatch replacement

I just recently ripped the teak stop off mine as well. Easy to figure out
how to reattach it but then I can't figure out how to get it back under the
hood. Any ideas? Mine on Hull #689 the teak stop was all that was there as a
stop.

I am new to the discussionboard and just rejoined the ass'n this week.

I need to replace the sliding hatch on my 1996 320, hull 375.  It was
slammed too hard against the stop and the stop broke off the end of the
plexiglass.  I am having no luck finding it on the internet.  Does anyone
know where I can find one?  I gather it is not Bomar or Lewmar.  

Also, if there are any tricks to replacing it I would be obliged for the
advice.  thanks -
