[C320-list] Lube throttle cable

Dave,
I've always used either graphite, either powder or liquid.  It is the same
stuff that I use on the bicycle and for really fast pine wood derby cars.

I'm leery about just pulling it from the sheath - figure I'll never  
get it back in.
