[C320-list] Bilge pump not pumping

Just got back from a short 3 day cruise on the way back (even though I know I need a new float switch) my bilge pump failed to pump water out of the bilge. 

Electric motor pumping. 
Took a hanger to both sides and made sure no blockages. 

Here's the question 
Can I rebuild the diaphram on the pump section? If so where is the best pace to get it. 

Or do I need to replace the whole unit?

Would like to hear from anyone with a similar proble or have replaced the pump.
