[C320-list] Black Carbon Smoot

Good luck on cleaning. Lots of elbow grease tons of rags and every 
solvent and detergent you can find, but you will still not get half 
of it. If you are real brave you might seal up most of the area with 
plastic and duct tape and start with a power washer then you will 
have a black bilge.

So far all the black just comes out the bottom of my Perkins.
