[C320-list] Stainless cylinders covering bronze shroudturnbuckles

I got over to the boat today and took a good look at the cylinders.  The 
body is made out of stainless and the two ends are made out of what looked 
like a hard rubber, which are simply press fit on.   I think the suggestion 
of using a strap wrench is a good one.  I was able remove the top of a 
sticky one and simply jerked up on the unit to remove the bottom one which 
seemed stuck.
