[C320-list] upgrading mainsheet jam cleat

I also leave my main sheet on the winch at all time unless using it for the 
main halyard. It's not that hard to get it off qucikly if need be. I learned 
that there should be at least one wrap around a winch on any line before 
attempting to mess with it!
