[C320-list] 12 volt receptacle

Jeff, I happened to notice an article in Boat US about a fire caused by
running the blower too long. Turns out they are only rated for intermittent
use and can burn out if run too long.

Kurt,

I pulled 12 volts off of the starter switch and ran a fused wire to the cup.
The cup is mounted on the side of the engine pod so that it is angled
downward and won't collect water. As long as I was in there I also changed
the wiring to the engine fan so I could run it independent of the starter
switch.

How difficult is it to install a 12 volt receptacle at the helm in the
engine control pod and how does one do it?
