[C320-list] Insurance Question

I just received my insurance renewal and the underwriter is requesting an
out of water survey?? I bought my boat new in '99 and was just curious if
anyone knows whether this is standard operating procedure? I would hate to
spend the extra $ (not to mention that I kept my boat in the water this
year) if I can avoid it.Thanks in advance.
