[C320-list] Source of Leak

Tesoro (hull #79) is dripping water from the outboard cabin light that's 
almost directly over the chart table.  I presume it's entering through the 
point where the shroud is attached at the deck, but I thought I'd run that 
theory by this group before drawing conclusions.  My assumption is that the 
wiring runs under that point.
