[C320-list] Porthole Repair or Replacement Seals or Rebedding

Portlight leaks on our newer boats tend to result from dirt working into the
gasket. I wipe mine every time I open them with a damp paper towel and it is
amzing how much dirt accumulates there. An annual wipe with ArmourAll helps
to keep the gasket supple.
