Subject: [C320-list] Replacing circuit breaker in main panel

Seems I have a faulty circuit breaker in my main panel. It will not stay on even
without any of the switches on or drawing current. Not an electrician but this
tells me the breaker is at fault and not one of the circuits. So, does anyone
know how to get these out and replace them? Looks like it's siliconed in but it
does rotate and I'm not sure how to remove. Any words of wisdom?

Thanks,
Tim O'Mara
