Not really.  All you have to do is change the toilet inlet so it taps into
the drain of the sink in the head.  Close off the through-hull originally in
place for the head input.  Use the waste water that is used for washing
hands or brushing teeth to pump the head.  If you need more water just run
the faucet a little and flush.  Tapping directly into your fresh water tanks
is not recommended.

BTW, we also found an odor sometimes comes from the bilge because the water
may sit in there a while and may even come from the drip at the prop.
Occasionally dump some fresh water in to cycle the old stuff through and add
some Odorless.

Fresh water flushing likely helps much, but would be impracticable on  
a mooring...
