[C320-list] Gooseneck pin replacement

Darrell:

I have hull #150 which probably has the same pin as does #88.  I have
been unable to figure what the threaded stud on the end of the pin does. 
The main pin that holds the boom to the goose neck is held in place by a
5/16 or 3/8" clevis pin.   If anyone knows the purpose of this threaded
stud, I would like to hear from them.
