Hi Jerry
You were very wise putting the factory supplied fixed blade back on. That
cleared the KiwiProp from being the cause!
The mounts, or Yanmar would seem to be at fault.
Once it is fixed, you will love the Kiwi Prop.
Having said that, you should know that I had a vibration problem on our new
Hull #1084.
The Kiwi prop was fitted from new.
Vibrations occurred and it was months later that the vibrations were traced
to the misalignment of the blades on KP.
I sent it back to Auckland NZ (from Sydney Aust) and they fixed the problem.
The point I am wanting to make to you, is that you make sure, the settings
of the blades are not changed.
My blade settings turned out to be 19/20/21 degrees and this was the
vibration problem.
I think the factory set them all at 22degrees. Now I enjoy all the benefits,
I was promised.
