[C320-list] What is top RPM ?

Better check your engine RPM with digital tachometer---when I checked my
3ym30 the boat tach read 3200 but digital confirmed actual was 3520 at full
throttle under load.  Have factory 3-blade prop.

I spoke with Yanmar engineer who said it's OK to run at full throttle for up
to an hour, then throttle back a bit.  Diesels love high revs.
