[C320-list] Dodger material

I'm considering replacing my existing dodger. Any thoughts or recommendations on material choices? One bid has options of: Standard Sunbrella; Sunbrella Plus (add $200); Sunbrella Seamark (add $250); and Sunbrella Supreme (add $350). For the windows it's either 40 guage Isingglass (standard) or 40 gauge Strataglass (add $250). Thanks for any input.
