[C320-list] Furler Direction Change

There is consensus that the furler can be changed over to reverse reel by
fully unwinding the line and manually rewinding it in the other direction.
Based on this I have advised Doyle to proceed with UVB strip on the
starboard side. This will take care of the new order and also put the
original headsail back to rights. The furling line and fittings do run down
the starboard side of the deck to the cockpit in Bear.
