[C320-list] Jack line and harness mounting points

I am looking to install mounting points for jacklines fore and aft as well
as direct harness clipping points in the cockpit on my new Mk II.  Does the
group have any thoughts as to the best positions especially with respect to
the trade off in drilling into horizontal surfaces which presumably have
more material under them versus the potential to introduce water ingress
points.
