To crashley, thanks for the scan. As for the review, with a couple of
Catalina brochures I could have done that review without leaving the house.
Might be why I let my Sail mag. subscription lapse. I do agree that if you
are 6 foot 4 the clearance between the helm and the stern seat is close and
my stern seat has been in the dock box for about 8 years.

Thanks---not an exciting review, and they got the number wrong "1,039" for
total 320's before 320 Mk II.  My boat is 1070, one of the final 4 made in
CA.  I believe the MkII was around # 1100 made in Largo, FL.  Also, at least
on 320's, no problem standing at helm.  And no mention of speed  or great
sailing in 18-20+ knot wind, etc.
