[C320-list] Wheel lock

That's a pretty good point about the leverage of the wheel.  
The locking system does tend to get compressed/polished/whatever. I'll
probably install the rebuild kit this spring (time permitting).

I also found that I need to put a dab of non-perm locktite on the handwheel
this year.  Occasionally it unscrews rather than unlocking the wheel, so out
comes the pair of vice grips that I keep in the propane locker for such
emergencies... :)

Are you sure it's not locking? I find that I can usually turn the wheel by 
hand when locked, but the rudder can't due to the leverage in the system.
