[C320-list] Off-Shore Rating for the C320

The CE rating system was developed in Europe, as part of a larger  
specification system.  The 320 has a CE rating of A.
Below is a link to a site providing more complete information, along  
with a synopsis of the ratings.
Naturally, these ratings can only consider a boat, not its' potential  
crew.
Inexperienced crew can get into trouble in a millpond.
