Gary,

The dealer put the name port  and starboard sides aft and only the hailing 
port on the transom due to lack of area on the transom with the open design.

The prior owner never added a boat name to the transom.  With our boat 500 
miles away, I am trying to work with a graphics company, but am not sure of 
the proper letter size that will fit the transom. Is there a template of the 
transom somewhere with dimensions?  I know it is a matter of individual 
choice, but I would appreciate any suggestions or horror stories.   Have 
many of you opted to add the name to the port and starboard sides and just 
the port information on the transom?
